A series of six educational books for children age 6 and up. Featured at Barnes and Noble.
I don't think I've ever enjoyed a design project more than this series. When I was assigned these books, my mind immediately flashed to my grade school obsessions. Fifth grade, to the hours I spent daydreaming about a digital book invention (well before the iPad and eReaders) so I wouldn't need to lug my heavy textbooks from floor to floor. And 8th grade, to the life cycle of a star "masterpiece" I made for my science class (★). This series was designed with that dreamy kid in mind. A tech inspired layout complimented by the most entrancing and portal-like space photos I could find.
